Transom Solution
Transom was hired initially to perform construction upgrades to L’Oreal’s physical facilities (offices, laboratories, and production stations), which then expanded to several more projects, focused on the automation of production lines and engineering.
Transom was able to quickly assemble a team to learn and operate within L’Oréal’s plant communication model of collective decision-making to reduce project risks. Transom’s ability to bring multi-faceted expertise allowed L’Oréal to improve its technical and structural capacity to meet its facilities management, production process, and engineering needs.
